1/2poundpork sausage
1eachegg, beaten
2cupsoft bread crumbs
1/2teaspoononion salt
3/4cupcelery, about 2 stalks
1/4teaspoongarlic salt, finely chopped
1tablespoonhorseradish sauce

Directions:

Mix all together in a large bowl. Shape, rounding the top. Place in crockpot. Cook on LOW for 9-10 hrs.
