Low calorie diet

As most people know, a low calorie weight loss regime is based on the fact that if you are going to get rid of some fat, it is essential to consume fewer calories than you use.

The calorie defined?
The calorie is the standard unit for energy measurement in dieting. The calorie is the the amount of energy required to raise the temperature of one gram of water by one degree celsius. If a meal contains more calories, then it will turn into more energy to use when your body burns it.

Examples of low calorie foods include celery, cabbage, watermelon, steaks and burgers, and eggs.
