Try Eating Raw Food : You need a balance of three basic food groups as most of your diet:
  • sweet fruits (apples, oranges, berries, melons, etc.)
  • green leaves (dark lettuce, kale, collards, spinach, etc.)
  • raw plant fats (avocados, olives & their oil, coconuts & their oil, nuts & seeds, durian)
  • Eat lots of sweet fruit, lots of green leaves, and some fat (as dressing, pâté, hummus, etc.). Add vegetables as desired, and sprouted grains and legumes occasionally. Try fruit for breakfast and snacks; greens, veggies and fat for lunch and dinner.

5cupchocolate cake mix
1cupwater
1teaspoonvanilla extract
3eacheggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake the container of cake mix before measuring and spoon the mix lightly into the measuring cup.

Mix in the water and vanilla, using an electric mixer or beat by hand, using 300 strokes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into two well-greased 9 inch layer pans and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
