If a deep fat frying pan catches fire don't move it (it could give you terrible burns).

Ingredients
2eacheggs, separated
1 1/3cupmilk
2tablespoonvegetable oil
2cupquick bread mix

Directions:

Beat egg yolks in a medium mixing bowl; add milk and oil. Add Quick Bread Mix, stirring until mixture is smooth. Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff peaks form, and gently fold back into the batter. Pour about 1/3 cup batter into a hot, lightly oiled waffle iron. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Repeat procedure until all batter is used.
