Dieting tips

The low-cal diet

Put simply, a low calorie weight loss regime says that if you are going to reduce weight, the most important step is to consume fewer calories than you burn up.

The calorie defined?
The calorie is the standard unit for energy measurement in dieting. A calorie is the amount of heat required to raise 1 kilogram of water 1 degree centigrade. If something contains more calories, then it will provide your body with a larger amount of energy when it is converted.

Low-cal foods include fresh green beans, capsicum pepper, melon, burgers and steaks, and eggs.
