Cut back on meat, dairy products, and cooked starchy foods. Try eating all raw one day per week, then two days. Or eat only two cooked foods per meal, then only one. 500 g Strawberries

1 md Green apple

Juice of 1 lime 1 3/4 c Sugar

2 tb Grand marnier

Wash & hull strawberries. Peel, core & finely chop apple. Add lime juice & let stand covered for 30 minutes. Microwave the fruit & juice for 4 minutes on high. Add sugar, stir & microwave 35 minutes on high, stirring every 10 minutes. Stand five minutes, pour into warm sterile jars. Seal. Letts, "Jams, Pickles & Chutneys"
